Ihcl

We operate out of Flat Number 104 in Block 2 of the D.D.A Multistoreyed Complex in Motiakhan. It’s an older building in New Delhi, and being on the first floor makes it easy for people to find us. This is where Ihcl handles some of its local operations. It’s not a hotel or a resort, just a regular flat turned into an office space. You can hear the sounds of the complex all day, people coming and going and the general noise of the city. Inside, we have our desks and filing cabinets. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of paperwork to get through, but we manage just fine. We spend our days coordinating things and making sure the administrative side of the business stays on track. It’s a very straightforward environment. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big reception area. It’s just a place where we sit and do our jobs. Most of us have been here a while, so we know the routine. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep the files organized. Sometimes the elevators in the complex are a bit slow, so we just take the stairs. It’s a practical, no-nonsense office where we focus on the tasks at hand. We aren't here to put on a show; we are just here to work and make sure everything is handled properly.
