Imperial Air

We are right across from the domestic terminal at the airport, over in Mehram Nagar. Being at 8/22 means we hear the planes taking off and landing all the time. You get used to the constant sound after a week or two. Imperial Air is a small outfit. We don't have a giant lobby or fancy receptionists. Usually, it's just one of us sitting there near the door in a plastic chair. The office is a bit cramped because we have so much stuff packed in. There's always luggage or boxes moving around near the entrance. Being this close to IGI Airport keeps us on our toes. People are always in a rush around here. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can. It gets dusty with all the construction nearby, so we’re always wiping down the desks in the morning. Imperial Air is basically a place where we handle the logistics and the headaches that come with travel and transport. We don't have any scripted lines. We just talk to people and try to help them out as best as we can. It’s a busy life in Mehram Nagar. We see a lot of faces coming and going every single day. Some days are loud and chaotic, especially when flights are delayed or the weather is bad. We just take it as it comes. It's an honest day's work in a very noisy part of town.
