Hyatt Regency, New Delhi

We are based over at F-69 in Katwaria Sarai. It’s an interesting part of New Delhi to work in because there is always something going on outside our windows. Most of our days are spent dealing with the usual operations and making sure things run like they are supposed to. It isn't always easy, especially when the weather gets really hot or the traffic is backed up all the way down the street, but we manage somehow. People come and go constantly. Some are here for work and others are just passing through the city. We have a lot of staff who have been here for years, and they know the neighborhood pretty well. The building itself has seen its fair share of busy seasons. We try to keep things organized, though some days are more chaotic than others. You might find us sitting in the office going through paperwork or out on the floor checking on things. There is no typical day here really. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery is late, and we just have to figure it out as we go. It’s just how things work in this part of town. We are right there on the first floor, so we see a lot of what is happening on the street. It’s a job like any other, I suppose, keeping the place tidy and making sure everything is in its place without making too much of a fuss about it.
