Hyatt Regency Delhi

I have been working here at this spot in New Delhi for a while now, and it is a pretty big operation to keep running. We are located right in the 110019 area, which stays busy from morning until late at night. The lobby usually has a lot of people moving through, some carrying heavy suitcases and others just looking for a place to sit for a minute. It is one of those places that feels like its own little world once you step inside from the hot Delhi streets. We spend a lot of time making sure the rooms are ready and the hallways stay clear of clutter. It is not always perfect, and sometimes the staff has to hustle quite a bit when a big group arrives all at once. The kitchen is always going, and you can smell whatever they are cooking if you stand near the service elevators. People come here for all sorts of reasons, like big family weddings or just business trips where they need a desk and some quiet. We try to keep things organized, but in a city like this, there is always some unexpected chaos to deal with. The building itself has been a part of the neighborhood for a long time, so a lot of local folks know it as a landmark. It is just a regular hotel job for most of us, keeping the lights on and making sure the water is hot.
