Hyaat Hotel

We are located at D-120 in the P & T Quarters, Moti Bagh Ist, New Delhi. The zip code is 110021. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to the rest of the city. We run things for Hyaat Hotel from here. It’s not what you’d expect from a big hotel name, but it’s our base. The office is inside the quarters, so it has a very residential feel to it. We’ve got some rooms set up and the staff stays busy with all the housekeeping and guest stuff. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We don’t have a fancy website or a bunch of people in suits. Most of the time we’re just in our regular clothes, making sure the linens are clean and the rooms are ready. Moti Bagh is a nice part of Delhi, with some trees and a bit of space to breathe. We’ve been here long enough that we know the mailman and the local vendors. The building itself is older, with those thick walls that keep the heat out a bit. We spend our days answering the phone and writing things down in ledgers. It’s just a plain, honest way to run a business. We don't use big words or try to act bigger than we are. It’s just us at D-120 doing what we need to do.
