Hotel Uppal'S Orchid And Reliance Communication

This place is a bit of a mix, really. We are located at H.No.98 in C-Block, right on Rajiv Gandhi Marg in Swaroop Nagar. If you know New Delhi, you know how packed these streets can get. We’ve got the Hotel Uppal’S Orchid side of things and then the Reliance Communication part too. It makes for a busy day. One minute we’re dealing with someone looking for a room. The next, it’s something about a phone or a connection. It’s just how we run things here in Delhi 110042. The building isn’t massive. It's just a standard spot in the block, but we make use of every inch. Usually, you’ll find one of us sitting near the entrance handling whatever comes through the door. It gets loud outside with the rickshaws and people shouting. Inside we just keep at it. Sometimes the internet is slow. Or the water takes a minute to heat up. We just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Just a local business in Swaroop Nagar trying to keep the lights on and the customers happy. It’s been a few years since we set up here. We know most of the people on this street by name now. It’s a long day usually. We start early and end late. That’s just the way it goes when you’re running two things at once. It works for us.
