Hotel Tivoli Grand

We are located over at Sector-18(B) in Dwarka, specifically at L.I.G-25. It’s a spot tied to Devender Singh from the I.A.F. and we’ve been running things here for a while now. Most people find us because they need a place to stay that isn't too complicated or far from the main roads. The building itself is just a regular part of the neighborhood, not some huge glass tower you see in the fancy parts of New Delhi. We spend most of our mornings checking the rooms and making sure the water is running right and the linens are clean for whoever shows up. It’s a lot of manual work, really. Dealing with guests means you never know what the day will look like. Sometimes it is quiet and we just sit around the front desk, and other times everyone arrives at once and it gets a bit hectic. We don’t have a massive team with fancy uniforms, just local people who know how to manage a hotel. We try to keep things straightforward. If you need a bed and a roof, that is what we have. Dwarka is a busy area with a lot of families, so we see a lot of people visiting relatives or coming in for short work trips. It isn’t always perfect, maybe a bulb flickers or a door squeaks, but we fix things as they come up. That is just how a local business runs day to day here.
