Hotel The Manor

Hotel The Manor is tucked away at number 77 in Friends Colony West. It’s a bit of a different feel here compared to the busier parts of Delhi. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a lot quieter than you might expect. We’ve been here for a long time, and the building has a bit of history to it. It’s not one of those new glass towers. It feels more like a big house that we turned into a hotel. We have some trees around the property which is nice because it keeps things a bit cooler in the summer months. The rooms aren't all the same size because of how the house was built, but they all have their own character. We don't have a massive staff, just a few people who know the place inside out. We spend our days making sure the garden looks okay and that the rooms are ready for whoever is arriving. It’s a relaxed pace. Sometimes we have to remind guests that we aren't a big corporate hotel, so things might take a minute longer than they would at a big chain. But people usually appreciate the quiet and the fact that they can actually hear the birds in the morning. We just try to keep things comfortable and straightforward for everyone who walks through our gates. It's our home as much as it is a hotel, and we treat it that way.
