Our staff has been here for years, and we all know each other. It’s more like a family running the place than a big company. We deal with guests from all over who are visiting Delhi for work or to see the sights. Kali Bari Marg is a well-known road, so people usually find us without too much trouble. We spend our time checking people in, making sure the linens are clean, and telling people where the best local food is. It’s a lot of work keeping an old place like this going, but we enjoy the rhythm of it. There’s always someone at the front desk and someone else fixing something that broke. We don’t have a marketing department writing this, just us. It’s a simple hotel for people who need a place to sleep in the city center without spending a fortune.
