Hotel The Imperial

You can find us on the top floor of building 4/172 in Subhash Nagar. It’s a bit of a climb, but we like it up here. New Delhi can be pretty loud, but being on the top floor helps a little bit with the noise from the street. We’ve been based in this neighborhood for a while now. It’s a local spot, very lived-in and real. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, some chairs, and a lot of files. We spend most of our time on the phone or working on the computer. Since we're named Hotel The Imperial, people sometimes expect a big marble entrance, but we’re just the administrative side of things here. We handle the logistical stuff that keeps the rooms ready and the guests happy elsewhere. Subhash Nagar is a busy area, there’s always something happening downstairs. We usually grab tea from the stall on the corner during our breaks. The 110027 area is where we feel at home. We aren't part of some massive corporate machine with suits and ties. We’re just regular people working in a regular office. We try to keep things organized, even if the filing cabinet is a bit messy sometimes. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on the work and don't worry too much about the rest of the noise.
