Hotel The Hans Plaza

Hotel The Hans Plaza is situated at B-16/D in the M.I.G Flats of G.T.B Enclave, Delhi-110093. This isn't your typical high-rise hotel. We are located within a residential complex, which gives the whole place a bit of a different feel. It’s quieter than being right on a main highway. We have several rooms that we rent out to guests who are often in town for medical reasons because the hospital is close by, or maybe they are visiting family in the enclave. The building is a standard MIG flat that has been converted to accommodate guests. We keep things very low-key. There’s a small desk where someone is usually sitting to help with check-ins. We don't have a big kitchen, so we mostly help people order food from the local spots nearby. The neighborhood is full of trees and parks, which is nice for a walk. Managing a hotel in a residential area means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we don't allow loud parties. It’s a place for a quiet stay. The staff here is small, and we handle everything from changing the linens to answering the door at night. We’ve been operating out of G.T.B Enclave for a bit and have gotten to know the rhythm of the place. It’s just a straightforward, honest business. If you’re coming from the metro, it’s a bit of a walk, but most people just take an auto to get here.
