Hotel Taj Palace

Hotel Taj Palace is what we call this place, and you can find us at 6, N-Block, Gali No-22. We’re on M.D. Marg in the Gopal Nagar area of Najafgarh, New Delhi. The zip code is 110043. Just so you know, the street, Gali No-22, is pretty narrow and it stays busy from morning until late at night. Don’t expect a big, shiny palace like the name might suggest. We’re just a local guest house with a few rooms for people passing through. We’ve been here for a while, and the building is a bit old, but it does the job. Najafgarh is a lively part of town, with lots of markets and shops nearby, so there’s always something happening right outside the door. We have a small staff of three or four people who handle everything. We don't have a big computer system for bookings. Mostly, people just call us or walk in off the street. The rooms are simple with basic furniture. We try to keep things clean, but it’s an old place in a dusty city, so we’re always sweeping. Sometimes the water takes a while to get hot in the winter, but we manage. We’re just local folks running a small business. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s ours, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time now. We just take things one day at a time here.
