Hotel Taj Chandigarh

We are located over in Mahipal Pur at F-1 Mata Chock, right near the post area. Being in New Delhi, especially this specific part of town, means things are always moving fast and there is a lot of noise. We started this hotel because we had the space and there are always people coming in from the airport or heading out late at night. It is a very basic place, to be honest. We do not have those huge fancy elevators or a breakfast buffet that goes on for miles. We just have rooms that we try to keep neat and tidy for whoever happens to walk through the door. Some days are much busier than others, and on the slow days, we are just sitting behind the counter waiting for the phone to ring or for a traveler to show up. We handle the laundry and the daily cleaning ourselves mostly. The neighborhood can get a bit dusty with all the construction and the constant flow of cars, but that is just Delhi life for you. We have had all sorts of people stay here over the years, from students on a budget to businessmen who just need a quick spot for the night. We do not use any fancy scripts when we talk to our guests. If a room is ready, we give you the key and let you rest. It is just a regular local business.
