Hotel Star Plaza

Hotel Star Plaza sits on Plot No 18/19 on Padam Singh Road, right in the Western Extension Area of Karol Bagh. It’s a very active part of Delhi with a lot of markets and people moving around all the time. We’ve been here at this location for some years, providing rooms to people visiting for shopping or business. The hotel is a basic building, nothing too flashy, but it does the job for someone who needs a place to sleep. We spend a lot of our time making sure the rooms are ready and that guests know how to get around the local area. Karol Bagh can be a maze if you aren't from here, so we often end up giving directions to some good spots nearby. We aren't some big corporate hotel with a huge lobby, just a practical place on Padam Singh Road. The staff here are mostly local folks who have been with us for a while. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a room isn't ready or if there’s a problem with the water, we just tell the guest and try to get it sorted out quickly. It’s a busy life running a hotel in this part of town, but we like it. We just want to make sure people have a place to stay that isn't too expensive or complicated. We focus on the everyday things that matter, like clean sheets and a bit of quiet in a loud city.
