Hotel Shanti Palace

We’ve been at E 1/94 in Shiv Ram Park for a while now. Nangloi is a busy place, and our spot here is right in the thick of it. The building is easy to find if you know the area near Shiv Ram Park. We mostly just keep things running day to day. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular place where people come and go. Sometimes the street gets a bit noisy with all the traffic heading through New Delhi, but that is just how it is around here. We spend a lot of time cleaning rooms and making sure the lights work. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. My family helps out too when things get busy. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just us. The 110041 zip code is home for us. We see a lot of travelers who need a place to crash for a night before heading back out. The rooms are basic. We have windows that look out over the neighborhood. Sometimes you can smell the street food from the nearby stalls. It’s a practical place to stay. Nothing more, nothing less. We don't use big words to describe it because what you see is what you get. We try to keep the water running hot and the beds tidy. That keeps us busy enough most days. There is always a pile of laundry to do and someone asking for a towel.
