It’s a busy, crowded part of the city, so there is always noise from the scooters and people walking by. We aren't a massive luxury resort with a thousand rooms. Our place is much more modest and tucked into the local streets. We spend most of our time keeping the floors clean and making sure guests have what they need when they check in. It’s a lot of physical work, honestly. We don't have a marketing team or someone to take professional photos. What you see is what you get. The rooms are simple, and we try to keep things as quiet as possible given the location. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we know the area well. We can tell you where to get the best snacks or which bus to take. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We treat everyone who walks in like a regular person, and we don't use any fancy scripts when we talk. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or we run out of clean towels, but we just fix it and keep going. It’s just a local hotel run by local people. We are just here doing our job in Nangal Raya every day and making sure things stay running.
