Hotel /Resturents

We go by the name Hotel /Resturents and we are based at D-270 in the Khayala DDA Colony. It is a bit of a confusing address because while the colony is in New Delhi, the records sometimes mention Haryana, but we are right here in the 110018 area code. Khayala is a busy, crowded place with a lot of small businesses and families living close together. Our office is right in the middle of all that. It’s not a quiet spot, but it feels alive. We handle both hotel and restaurant-related things, so there is always a mix of smells from whatever is being cooked and a lot of talk about room supplies. The space is a bit cramped because we have a lot of stuff stored everywhere, from extra linens to kitchen gear. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. It’s just a couple of us sitting at old desks, answering the phone and trying to keep the schedules straight. Some days the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of life here. We don't make big promises or use fancy words to describe what we do. We just provide a place to stay and food to eat, and we try to do it as honestly as we can. It’s a tough business but we’ve been at it for a while now in the DDA colony.
