Hotel Park Plaza Noida. Despite the name, you’ll find our main office at House No. 62-A, Sg Pocket in Dilshad Garden. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s a bit different from the usual hotel office vibe. We work out of this house and manage the daily bits and pieces from here. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails going back and forth. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with papers spread out all over the dining table, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a big lobby or a front desk at this location. It’s just where the behind-the-scenes stuff happens. We spend our time coordinating with staff and making sure supplies are ordered. It’s a family-run kind of feel, even if the business has a bigger name. We’ve been in Dilshad Garden for a long time, and we like the quiet of the pocket here compared to the noise of the main roads. We don't have any fancy brochures lying around the office. We just focus on the work that needs to be done today. If the phone rings, one of us picks it up. There’s no automated menu or anything like that. We just talk to people. It’s a lot of steady work, keeping track of bookings and making sure the bills are paid on time. We’re just regular people trying to run a business from our corner of Delhi. It isn't always glamorous, but it is our work.
