Hotel Palace Heights

You can find us at 23M in Sector-4, over in Pushp Vihar. We’ve been running Hotel Palace Heights for a good while now in this part of New Delhi. It's not a huge place, just a decent spot for people who need a room for a night or two. We try to keep the rooms tidy and the lobby looking okay, though things get worn down with all the guests coming through. The staff here is mostly local folks who know the area well. We spend a lot of time fixing small things like leaky taps or lights that stopped working. It isn't a five-star luxury place with gold everywhere, but it's a place to stay. Pushp Vihar has its own vibe and we've fit into it pretty well over the years. We get people from all over stopping by. Some stay for a day and others stick around longer. We don't do much fancy advertising, we mostly just rely on people finding us or hearing about us from others. The front desk can get a bit hectic in the afternoons when everyone wants to check in at once. We just do our best to get them their keys and get them settled without too much trouble. It gets noisy outside with the traffic and the local markets nearby, but that’s just how it is in Delhi 110017. We are just here doing our thing every day, making sure the beds are made and guests are okay.
