Hotel Mosaic, Noida

Our setup is a bit different than what you might expect. Even though the name says Noida, our office base is actually over at D 76 in the P&T Staff Quarters in Moti Bagh-I, New Delhi. It's a residential sort of area, quite lived-in and familiar. We’ve been operating out of here for a while. Hotel Mosaic is the main thing we handle, but this Delhi spot is where the behind-the-scenes stuff happens. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters. It’s just a regular room with some computers and a lot of files. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, to be honest. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating things between here and the actual hotel site. It gets pretty hectic during the peak season. Sometimes we forget to take lunch because there’s so much to do. We aren't a huge chain, just a group of people trying to keep things running smoothly. The 110021 area is a nice place to work from, even if it’s a bit of a commute for some of us. We don't have any big slogans or fancy marketing people. We just try to answer the emails and make sure the bookings are right. It’s hard work, but we are used to it. We keep things pretty simple and don’t try to be something we aren’t.
