Hotel Le Meridien, Delhi

Our office is tucked away in Shiva Boys House, which is part of Himalya House 65 in the Vijay Block of Lakshmi Nagar. It’s a busy part of New Delhi and there’s always something happening on the street downstairs. We handle some of the administrative things for Hotel Le Meridien from this location. It’s not what you’d expect if you’ve seen the actual hotel in the city center. This is just a basic workspace with desks and a lot of papers. We don't have any fancy lobby or room service here. It’s just us working through the files and making sure the numbers add up correctly. The building is shared with a lot of other people, so the hallways stay pretty active. We get our lunch from the stalls nearby and usually just eat at our desks. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have any big corporate branding on the walls. It’s just a place where the work gets done quietly behind the scenes. Some days the power goes out and we have to wait a bit for the backup, but that’s just life in Lakshmi Nagar. We keep things simple and try not to get distracted by the noise outside. It’s a practical spot for us to manage the behind-the-scenes stuff without any fuss. We just show up and do what needs to be done for the hotel.
