Hotel Jaypee Palace

We've been here at 16/52A in Tilak Nagar for a while now. It's a busy part of New Delhi, and things are always moving around here. The building isn't brand new, but we try to keep it tidy for everyone who stops by. Most mornings start early with people checking in or out, and we spend a lot of time just making sure the rooms at Hotel Jaypee Palace are ready. It's a lot of laundry and cleaning, really. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but that is just how it is in this area. We have some regular staff who have been with us for years. They know where to get the best tea nearby. People stay with us for different reasons, maybe work or just visiting family. We don't have fancy lobbies like the big chains, just a place to sleep and a desk where someone usually sits to help out. It gets pretty hot in the summer, so the fans and coolers are always running. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over time. New shops open up and old ones close down, but we are still here on our little corner. It’s a simple setup. We just go about our day, fixing things when they break and talking to the guests when they come through the door. It's not a complicated life here in 110018. We just try to get things done right so everyone can get some rest before they head out again tomorrow.
