Hotel Intercontinental The Grand New Delhi

We are based at House No. 885 in Sector 4, which is over in R.K. Puram. Even though the name sounds very big and formal, this particular office is just a regular house in a residential sector. It’s where a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff happens for the hotel operations in New Delhi. We spend our days handling various administrative tasks and making sure the supplies are moving correctly. It's a bit different than the actual hotel lobby you might see in pictures. Here, it’s mostly just us in our casual clothes drinking tea and looking at spreadsheets. The neighborhood is quiet compared to the main city roads. We like the pace here. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when there’s a big event coming up at the main property, and we have to coordinate more than usual. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything. Most people wouldn't even know it was an office if they walked past. We’ve been in this house for a while now. It feels comfortable and familiar. We have a small yard out front where we take breaks. It's not a polished corporate environment, just a functional workspace for the team. We just focus on the daily chores that keep the larger business running smoothly. It's simple and it works for us. We are just a small part of a much bigger machine. That is all.
