Hotel Inter Continental

You can find us at Wz-1277 in the Rani Bagh area, right near Shakur Basti. This part of Delhi is pretty tucked away but it is always active. Hotel Inter Continental is our place, and we have been running things here for quite a while. It isn't like those huge skyscrapers you see in the movies. We have rooms for people who are passing through or need a place to stay while they do business in this part of town. The building is older and has its own character. We spend a lot of our time making sure the beds are made and the rooms are ready for whoever shows up next. It’s a lot of laundry and cleaning and answering the phone at odd hours. Rani Bagh has a lot of shops nearby, so there is always noise from the street, but it feels like a real community. We aren't a big chain with fancy uniforms. We are just the people who work here, some of us have been here for years. We know where the best food is on the corner and we tell the guests about it. It’s a simple setup. We have a small desk for check-ins and a few chairs in the lobby area. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a lot of people arrive at once, but we just handle it. We don't make a big fuss about things. It’s just a hotel in a busy neighborhood doing its thing.
