We are located at House Number 8 in the Durgapuri Extension area of Shahdara. It’s a busy part of Delhi, and our little spot is right in the middle of it all. The pin code here is 110093. Even though the name might make you think of a huge building, we operate out of this specific location in a more modest way. It’s a local neighborhood, so you hear the sounds of the street and the neighbors all day long. We have a small team here. Most of our work involves managing details and keeping things running smoothly for our visitors. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything like that. We just have a few rooms and an office area where we keep track of everything. The morning usually starts with checking the entries and making sure the place is tidy. Shahdara is a place where everyone is always moving, and we are no different. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computer. Sometimes the electricity cuts out for a few minutes, but that’s just life in this part of Delhi. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a big marketing team. We just rely on being here and doing what we do every day. It’s a practical setup and it works for us. We like the people who come by and the stories they tell about their travels through the city. We keep things running every day without much fuss at all.
