Hotel Hyatt Calcutta

Our place is called Hotel Hyatt Calcutta, but don’t let the name fool you, we are right here in Delhi. Specifically, you’ll find us at Block No 21, House No 345 and 398 in Trilok Puri. It’s a busy residential area in 110091. We aren't one of those massive five-star hotels you see on TV. It’s a much more local and humble setup. We’ve got some rooms and we try to keep them tidy for whoever stays with us. Trilok Puri is a crowded place, so there’s always noise from the street, but that’s just Delhi for you. We don't have a big team of uniformed staff. It’s just us running the place, cleaning up, and making sure the guests have what they need. The building is a regular house structure, nothing fancy. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. Sometimes we have people coming from far away, and other times it’s just folks from nearby who need a place for a night. We don’t use a lot of fancy technology. We have a ledger and some keys. It’s an old-school way of doing things, but it works for us. We don't have a big restaurant, just simple food if someone asks nicely. It’s a lived-in kind of place. We just do our best to keep things running smoothly every day in this busy corner of Delhi. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful with big bags.
