Hotel Hill-View

You can find us at 768/25 in the Madangeer DDA Flats. This isn't one of those high-rise hotels you see in the magazines. It's a much more grounded place in a residential part of New Delhi. The pincode is 110062 if you are looking it up on a map. We are right in the middle of the flats, so there is always something going on outside, like kids playing or people coming home from work. Running a hotel in a DDA area is different. It’s more about being part of the local scene. The rooms are basic and we try to keep things clean and functional for anyone staying over. We don't have a giant lobby with marble floors or a fancy fountain. It’s just us and the guests who need a place to sleep for a night or two. Sometimes the "view" in Hill-View is just looking out at the other buildings, but that's just the way it is in this part of the city. We do our own cleaning and check people in at the small desk near the entrance. It gets busy during the wedding season when families need extra space for their relatives. We have been here for years, and we know the rhythms of the street. It’s a bit noisy during the day, but it settles down at night. We just try to provide a decent place to sleep without making a big fuss about it. It’s simple, honest work for us every day.
