Hotel Harsha Park Inn,Banglore

Even though the name mentions Bangalore, we are actually working out of an apartment in Dwarka. It is flat number 301 in Yash Apartments, which is over in Sector-11. It is a residential building, so it is a lot quieter than a typical hotel lobby would be. We handle the Harsha Park Inn stuff from this New Delhi office. There are mostly just filing cabinets and a couple of computers set up in what used to be a living room. We do not have a big staff here, just a few of us who manage the bookings and the paperwork. The balcony looks out over the other blocks in Dwarka. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we are doing with all these files, but we just keep to ourselves mostly. It is a bit of a walk from the metro station, so we usually take a rickshaw in the morning. We don’t have a kitchen or a cafeteria, so we just order food from the local shops downstairs. It is a simple setup for a hotel business. We spend the day emailing people and checking on things down south. It is quite different from being in a big hotel building with hundreds of rooms. Here, it is just us, some tea, and the quiet atmosphere of Sector-11. We have been in this apartment for a bit now and it works for what we need to do.
