Hotel Dolphin

Hotel Dolphin is based at C-5 in the housing society near Malik Tent House in South Ext Part 1. This part of New Delhi is always moving, and being near a landmark like the tent house makes it easier for people to find us. We aren't a huge luxury chain, just a local hotel trying to keep things running for the people who stay with us. The daily routine here involves a lot of cleaning, checking people in, and making sure the rooms are ready. Since we are in a housing society area, it feels a bit more like a home than a big cold hotel. We have to deal with the usual city problems like parking and noise from the street, but that’s just life in South Ext. Our staff is small, and most of us have been here for a while, so we know how to handle the busy days when every room is full. We don't use any fancy software for everything; a lot of things are still written down or handled person-to-person. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or a light bulb needs changing, and we just get on with it ourselves. It’s a practical way to run a business. The market nearby is great for getting supplies, and we often see the same faces every day. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, we just focus on making sure the guests have a place to sleep and that the building stays in good shape.
