Hotel Crowne Plaza Surya

Our office is over at V-5 in the Green Park Main area. It is a very busy part of New Delhi, and being right in the middle of it means there is always something happening right outside the window. The pincode here is 110016. We operate from a building that has been around for quite a bit. It is not one of those new, shiny glass structures, but it works perfectly for what we need to do. Inside, it is a mix of different departments all trying to keep things organized. We handle a lot of the bookings and the admin side for the hotel. It can get pretty hectic when there are big events going on, but we just manage it one task at a time. The office has the usual stuff—desks, a small pantry for tea, and plenty of paperwork piled up. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the rooms are ready and the guests are looked after when they arrive. The neighborhood is great because everything you need is close by, but parking can be a real headache some days. We usually just take the metro or walk if we can. It is a very grounded workplace. We have our regulars who come by to say hello, and the staff is mostly people who have been with us for a long time. It is just a normal operation.
