Hotel Clarks Inn

Our place is right here on Gurudwara Lane in Geeta Colony, which is a pretty lively part of East Delhi. If you know this area, you know it stays busy from morning until late at night. We have been running the hotel for a bit now, just trying to keep the rooms tidy and the guests comfortable. It isn’t some massive five-star resort, but we do our best with what we have. Most of the people who stay with us are just passing through for work or visiting family nearby. We spend a lot of our time checking people in and making sure the kitchen has what it needs for breakfast. The front of the building looks out onto the street, so there is always something going on outside to look at. Sometimes it gets a little noisy, but that is just Delhi for you. We have a small team here, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from fixing a leaky tap to answering the phones at odd hours. We don't have any fancy speeches about hospitality; we just want you to have a decent bed to sleep in and a hot shower. The neighborhood has everything you might need, from small shops to local food stalls, so our location is pretty handy. We have had all sorts of travelers come through these doors, and every day brings someone new. It is a simple operation, really. We just show up and do the work.
