Hotel Clark Surya

We are located at 12145 Karol Bagh Saraswati Marg, in the Wea area. Hotel Clark Surya has been operating from this spot for quite some time now. Being on Saraswati Marg means we are close to the main market but just a little bit away from the heaviest noise, though Karol Bagh is never truly quiet. Our staff is mostly local guys who have been with us for a bit. We spend our mornings getting the rooms sorted and making sure the water is hot. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s what keeps the place going. We don't have those fancy automated systems you see in the big five-star places, so we do things by hand and talk to people face to face. Sometimes the lift acts up or a bulb goes out, and we just fix it as fast as we can. It’s a real place with real problems sometimes. We like being in this part of the city because everything you need is just a short walk away. Our day ends late because guests arrive at all hours, but that’s just the nature of the hotel business in Delhi. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not, just a decent place to stay on a busy street. It’s simple, honest work and we just take it one guest at a time.
