Hotel Claridges

We are over at House Number 480 in Block-13 of Lodhi Colony. It’s a nice enough area of New Delhi, with a bit more space than some other parts of the city. Our setup is pretty straightforward. We use this house as our base for managing things. It doesn't look like a typical business from the outside, but inside we are busy with all the tasks that come with running a place like this. There are a few of us here who handle the bookings and talk to guests over the phone. We also spend a lot of time on the logistics, making sure everything is ready for the people who come to stay. The rooms in the colony have a certain feel to them, and we try to keep that sense of a real home. It’s not about being a giant company; it’s more about the small details we can manage from here. We have our files and our computers, and we just work through the lists every day. Sometimes we have to run out to get supplies or meet with someone nearby. It’s a bit of a mix of office work and being on our feet. We’ve been here in 110003 for quite some time, so we’re well-acquainted with the neighbors and how things work around this block. It's a quiet place to get the planning done.
