Hotel Chinar. We are at Vp-267D in Pitampura. We are quite close to the Gopal Mandir, which is a good landmark if you’re looking for us. New Delhi is huge, but Pitampura feels like its own little world. The hotel is a straightforward place. We have rooms for travelers and we try to keep things neat and tidy. It’s not a five-star resort, just an honest place to stay. We see a lot of people coming for work or visiting family nearby. The morning starts early here with the sounds of the temple and the street waking up. We don't have a big corporate team running things. It’s just us. We handle the check-ins, the cleaning, and the maintenance. If a lightbulb goes out, one of us goes up and changes it. We don't have fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just want people to have a decent night's sleep. The neighborhood is friendly and we've been here long enough to know the shopkeepers next door. Sometimes it’s quiet, sometimes it’s chaotic. That’s just the way it goes in Delhi. We keep the tea hot and the rooms ready. If you're looking for us, just head toward Gopal Mandir and you'll find Vp-267D. It’s a simple setup and that’s how we like it. Most of the staff live in the area too, so we aren't commuters. We know which stalls have the best snacks and where the traffic gets bad. It is just home to us.
