Hotel & Restaurant,

We are up on the third floor of E-197 in New Rajinder Nagar. It is a busy part of New Delhi, and having a hotel and restaurant setup here definitely keeps us on our toes. The stairs are a bit of a climb every morning, but that is just how the building was built. We have been serving food and putting people up in rooms for a while now. It is not some fancy establishment, just a regular place where you can get a hot meal and a bed for the night. The kitchen is usually the loudest part of the day, with the cooks doing their thing and the smell of spices drifting through the hallway. We deal with all kinds of customers, some who are very nice and some who are a bit difficult, but that is just the way the business goes. We do not have a fancy website or a PR team to handle our image. We just open the doors and see who comes in. The neighborhood is pretty established, so we see a lot of the same faces every week. It is a lot of work keeping everything clean and the food as fresh as possible. We just do our best with what we have got. Sometimes the deliveries are late or we run out of something, and we just have to make do. It is a real place and we enjoy the work.
