You can find us at 1299, Bagichi Tan Sukh Rai, right by Ajmeri Gate. Being in this part of Delhi means things are always crowded and loud. It’s the old part of the city, so the lanes are narrow and there’s always a lot of history around every corner. Our building is old, and you can tell by the way the floors are a bit uneven in places. We’ve been here for quite some time now. It’s not a big, modern place with shiny elevators. It’s more of a walk-up where everyone knows each other’s names. We have a few rooms where we handle our business, mostly filled with registers and some old chairs. The fans hum all day long to keep the air moving because it gets quite stuffy in the summer months. We get a lot of people passing through this area since it’s so close to the station. Most of the staff has been working here for years, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot, though the noise stays the same. We don’t have a fancy website or a big marketing team. We just keep the doors open and do what we’ve always done. It’s honest work in a part of town that never really sleeps. Sometimes the water pressure is low, or the lights flicker, but we just get on with it.
