HML Hospitality is based out of Sewak Park in Uttam Nagar. We have our space at B-1/34 & 35. It’s a pretty standard setup in West Delhi. We started this company because we saw how much work goes into the hospitality side of things. It’s more than just smiling at guests; it’s about making sure the rooms are actually ready and the kitchen isn't running out of tea. We spend our days coordinating between staff and making sure the bills are paid. Uttam Nagar is a busy place, and our office reflects that. There’s always someone coming in with a question or a delivery guy looking for the right door. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just provide hospitality services. If a guest is happy, then we did our job right. If there’s a leak in a bathroom, we find someone to fix it. It’s practical, everyday stuff. We aren't a chain with thousands of rooms, just a local business trying to do things the right way. The building we are in is nothing special, just a solid place to work from. We’ve learned over the years that honesty goes a long way in this business, so we just tell people what we can do and then we go ahead and do it. No fuss, just work. That is how we have always operated since we opened our doors here.
