Heritage Village & Resort Imt Manesher

We are located on the second floor of a building in Krishna Nagar, specifically on Street Number 8. It is quite close to Safdarjung Enclave in New Delhi. This office is the administrative hub for our resort out in Manesar. It is a typical Delhi neighborhood office, so the stairs are a bit narrow and the street outside is usually packed with cars and delivery bikes. Inside, we have a few rooms where we handle all the bookings and event planning for the Heritage Village. It can get pretty loud during the day with all the phones ringing. People call us all the time to ask about wedding packages or weekend stays. We have stacks of registers and some old computers that we use to keep track of everything. It is not a polished corporate space; it feels more like a busy local business. We have our small lunch area where we sit and talk about the news or what is happening at the resort. During the peak season, things can get a little disorganized with all the paperwork, but we eventually get through it all. We do not have any fancy marketing people here, just a small team of us doing the legwork. It is a very practical place to work, and being in Krishna Nagar means we are right in the middle of everything. We just try to keep the bookings straight and the customers informed.
