Heritage Resorts Pvt. Ltd

We are based in Sunder Nagri at F-1/39. Heritage Resorts Pvt. Ltd is what we call ourselves, and we focus on managing different properties. Our office in Delhi is the hub where we handle all the logistics. It is not a very big space, and it is usually piled high with folders and maintenance reports. We have to coordinate with people at the actual resorts, which are often far away. This means we are constantly on the phone or sending messages back and forth. Sunder Nagri is a busy area, and there is always something going on outside. Sometimes it is hard to concentrate with the noise, but we get through it. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or decorations in our office. We just have what we need to get the work done. A lot of our day is spent looking at budgets and making sure repairs are being made. It is a lot of behind-the-scenes stuff that most people don't think about when they stay at a resort. We have a small team here, and we have all worked together for a long time. We know how each other works, which helps when things get stressful. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big talk. We just focus on keeping the resorts running so the guests don't have anything to complain about. It’s a practical, everyday sort of job.
