Heritage Hospitalities

Our setup is located at No. 383 - B in the J. and K. block of Dilshad Garden. It’s a residential neighborhood, which makes it feel a bit more grounded than being in a commercial hub. We work in the hospitality side of things, so our days are mostly about managing spaces and making sure everything is ready for guests or whatever event might be happening. The building is a standard size for this part of Dilshad Garden, and we use the space we have to the best of our ability. It’s not a massive hotel chain or anything like that; it’s more of a local operation. Sometimes the street outside is quiet, and other times it’s full of cars and people from the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the rooms to make sure everything is in its place. The staff here are just regular people who live nearby or commute in from other parts of the city. We don't have fancy uniforms or big corporate offices. We just focus on the practical side of hospitality, like cleaning, organizing, and answering questions. It can get a bit hectic when we have a lot of things scheduled at once, but we just take it one task at a time. It’s an honest way to work, right here in the middle of a busy residential block. We just try to keep things orderly and make sure the doors stay open.
