Our business is located at 158 Gurunanak Market in the WEA area of Karol Bagh. If you know New Delhi, you know that Karol Bagh is one of the most active and crowded places you can find. We have been operating here for a good while, and being right in the middle of the market means there is always something going on outside. We work in hospitality, so we mostly deal with travelers and guests who are visiting the city for business or shopping. Our place at number 158 is a practical spot for anyone who needs to be in the heart of the action. We aren't a massive hotel chain with a lobby full of marble. We are a smaller, independent operation that focuses on the basics of a good stay. We spend a lot of our time making sure the rooms are ready and talking to the people who stay with us. Sometimes the market noise can be a lot, but that is just part of the experience of being in this area. We don't use any high-end marketing strategies or corporate polish. It is just us running the place, answering the phones, and greeting the guests when they arrive. We have learned a lot about the hospitality trade just by doing it every day. It is hard work but we are glad to be part of the Karol Bagh community and meeting people from all over.
