You can find us over at Lalit Mohan’s place, care of Prakash Joshi, in West Vinod Nagar. It’s at A/27 in Gali Number 10. If you know this part of New Delhi, you know the streets can get pretty tight and confusing for people who aren't from around here. We’ve been operating out of this spot for some time now. It’s a real local setup. We don't have a giant neon sign or anything like that. It’s mostly just a workspace where we handle technical issues and system management. There are always boxes of components lying around and wires everywhere because that is the nature of the job. It gets quite warm in the summer months, but we have our coolers running. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office or fancy furniture. We just want to get the repairs and the installations done right so people can get back to their own work. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to ask a quick question about their computers or a cable they need. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate branch. We know the milkman and the local shops nearby. It’s a busy life in Vinod Nagar, and we are just one part of it. We keep things simple and honest. If a machine is broken, we look at it. If someone needs a new setup, we put it together. That is basically our day-to-day life here in the lane.
