You can find Destynasia Holidays at Be-31 on Ramagaria Gurudwara Road. It’s a lively spot with a lot of people passing by because of the Gurudwara nearby. Our office is small but it has enough room for our desks and a few chairs for when someone drops in. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens. There are maps and some brochures lying around, though they’re usually a bit messy on the shelves. We don't have a big corporate feel at all. It’s just a few of us trying to sort out travel plans and bookings. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several people are talking at once on different calls. The street outside is always noisy with cars and people, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a polished front desk or a uniform. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the work. People often stop by just to ask for directions or have a quick chat while they're out. It’s that kind of neighborhood. We’ve been at Be-31 for some time and we know the local tea seller and the other shop owners. It’s a friendly place to be. We just keep things moving and try to handle whatever comes our way without making a big fuss about it. That's just how we operate. We keep our heads down and finish what needs doing before we head home for the evening.
