GTAR LIFE STYLE DESIGNERS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Gtar Life Style Designers is a small operation run out of Maujpur in North East Delhi. Our address is V-549 in Gali No-19, Vijay Park. It is a very local neighborhood, the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else’s business. Being an OPC, this is a very personal venture where we focus on lifestyle designs and garment work. The office is basically just a room with some sewing machines, design boards, and a lot of thread. We don’t have a big fancy team or a corporate structure. It is just about sitting down and getting the designs right. Gali No-19 can be quite narrow, so we often hear the neighbors talking or kids playing right outside our window while we work. We don’t have any big goals of taking over the world; we just want to make decent designs that people in the area might like. The work is slow and requires a lot of attention to detail, so we spend long hours under the tube light. Sometimes we get interrupted by the local vegetable seller or a neighbor dropping by for a chat, which is just how life is here. We don't have a polished image. We just have our work and our machines. It is a practical, small-scale way to do things, focusing on one design at a time without any of the big-city corporate stress.
