Grand New Delhi

Our place is in Kirti Nagar, at L-42. Most people know Kirti Nagar for the big furniture markets, and we’re right in the middle of all that activity. Grand New Delhi is basically run from this spot. It’s a typical Delhi street, narrow and always full of energy. We’ve been here at this address for a good while. The building isn't new, but it’s sturdy and serves our purpose well. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us handling the day-to-day stuff. Sometimes the traffic in Kirti Nagar makes it hard to get anywhere quickly, so we mostly stay put in the office. We deal with whatever comes through the door. It might be paperwork, it might be people stopping by to ask for directions or business. We don't use any fancy systems or complicated rules. We just do things the way they’ve always been done around here. The lighting inside is okay, and we have enough room to breathe. On rainy days, the street outside gets a bit muddy, but that’s just part of life in this city. We like being in a place that feels real. It’s not a polished showroom. It’s just a place where we work. We drink a lot of chai and keep the files in order as best as we can. It’s a simple life and a simple business setup at L-42.
