Our place is Grand Mercure, Nz, and you’ll find us at Dd-7 in the Kalkaji Extension area of New Delhi. Being in 110019 means we are right in the middle of a lot of residential streets. It’s a busy part of town. The building itself is just a standard spot where we handle our business. We’ve been in Kalkaji for a good while. Every morning, the streets around here fill up with people heading to work. We open the doors and start our own day. It isn't a massive corporate headquarters, just our local branch where the team sits. We have some basic furniture and a few computers. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but that’s just New Delhi for you. We don't spend a lot of time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. It’s more about having a place to sit and get through the list of things we need to do. Most of us live fairly close by, so the commute isn't too bad most days. We've seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years. Dd-7 is a familiar address for the regulars. We just keep our heads down and work. It's a plain, honest workspace. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Just the name on the door. There is a small courtyard where we can step out for a minute when the office feels a bit too quiet. We usually have the radio playing low in the corner to keep things from being totally silent while we type.
