Gradus Hospitality Private Limited is located on the second floor of A-31 in South Extension 2. South Ext is one of those places in Delhi that everyone knows, usually because of the shopping and the heavy traffic on the Ring Road. Our office is a bit tucked away from the main road, which is nice because it’s a little quieter. We occupy the second floor and it’s a fairly basic setup. We have our computers, some filing cabinets, and a lot of work to get through. Our focus is on the hospitality sector, and we spend our time managing different properties and looking at new opportunities. We are just a group of people who have been in this business for some time. There’s no corporate ladder to climb here; we all just pitch in and do what needs to be done. We don't have a fancy website or a big PR team. We just rely on doing our work and building relationships the old-fashioned way. The office can get a bit stuffy in the summer, but we have some fans and an AC to keep us going. We like being in South Delhi because it’s central for meeting people, even if the parking is a nightmare. It’s a simple, honest business and we don’t try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We just show up every day and do our best for the company.
