Gp Global Hotels Private Limited is based at Resham House, which is part of the Westend Green Farm Society in Shamlaka. It’s a bit more peaceful out here than the center of New Delhi. We have a bit of greenery around, which is a nice change. We manage hotel operations and deal with various properties. The office is functional and straightforward. We don't have any expensive art on the walls or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just a workspace where we manage the logistics of the hospitality business. The team has been together for a while, so we know how to handle the ups and downs of the industry. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and talking to hotel managers. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. We don't have big marketing pitches or polished presentations. We just focus on keeping the hotels running smoothly. Sometimes we have to drive out to the different sites, which can take forever in Delhi traffic. We’re just regular people trying to run a professional business without all the corporate fluff. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to make sure the guests at our hotels have what they need and the bills get paid on time. It’s a steady pace of work in a slightly quieter part of South West Delhi. We like it this way because we can actually hear ourselves think.
