Goa Mariott Resort

The office for Goa Mariott Resort is actually tucked away in Vasant Kunj at Flat No - 635, Sector A, Pocket B&C. It is a bit funny to be sitting in a residential flat in New Delhi while we spend our whole day talking about a beach resort in Goa. We handle a lot of the bookings and questions from here. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with phones and computers. We have posters of the beach on the walls to remind us of what we are selling, even though we are looking at a parking lot in Delhi. It gets quite busy with people calling to ask about prices or if there are any rooms left for the holidays. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the papers get mixed up when we are in a hurry. We have a small fridge for cold water and that’s about it for luxuries. Most of us have been working here for a while, so we know how to handle the busy seasons when the phones never stop ringing. It is not a very big space, so we have to be careful not to talk too loud when someone else is on a call. We just focus on getting the reservations done and making sure all the details are typed in correctly.
