Our place, Glowmac Pharmaceutical Private Limited, is tucked away in Khirki Extension. If you know South Delhi, you know how the narrow lanes here can be a bit like a maze. We are in Shop G on the ground floor of building T-35 A. It’s a modest shop, honestly. We don’t have a massive warehouse or a lobby with a receptionist sitting at a desk. It’s just us working out of this ground floor space every day. The area around us is always active, mostly residential and small shops. Sometimes the narrow streets make it very hard for bigger trucks to get through, so we end up doing a lot of unloading by hand. It keeps us busy and moving. We deal with pharmaceutical supplies and keep things moving as fast as we can. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the work usually comes first. It’s a practical spot for us. People in the neighborhood know where we are. We aren't trying to be some giant global entity; we are just a local company doing our bit from this small office. It gets a bit dark inside during the monsoon season, but we have enough lights to keep going. We just keep the inventory moving and the paperwork filed. It’s often a bit of a tight squeeze when we have a lot of stock, but that's just part of life in Delhi. We are just regular people doing our jobs and making things work out of this shop.
